I honestly think that this is a life skill that is missing from a lot of our regular living.
I’m going to be completely honest. I have done A LOT of work on this for myself.
There was a time when I felt jealous, resentful, in some way I let other people’s success mean something to my own success.
In the past 5 years, I have really worked on this as a topic for me and it seems a bit weird to say but I have had to practice being happy for other people in order to really be able to genuinely feel that now.
This is a skill that isn’t that hard for most children unless they’ve been taught otherwise which some have. I went in search of the best method to coach this topic to my clients and I now have a process that I go deep into coaching and it works! It really frees you up as an Artist to access love for others in a much easier way and also to let your subconscious brain know that your success has nothing to do with anyone else’s success or failure.
