An interview with Bass Player and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Coach Ina Niemerg!
It’s really amazing to find out what some of your friends are up to after 20 years. I recently reconnected with friend and Bass Player from Hannover, Germany – Ina Niemerg.
Ina is now an EFT Coach, and I was interested in what EFT could do and how it could be helpful to my listening audience and even to my Music Life Coach members.
So, we came up with an agreement. “let’s do a session and I don’t get anything out of it I can say I tried and if I do, let’s do a podcast interview!”
I was surprised at how well my week went following my one session with her. We talk about what EFT is, do a brief demonstration of it, and then I talk about my personal session and how it helped me get through my week and unlock some stuck feelings I was having at that point in time.
